How the embroidery works:
Your logo or embroidery motive will be "punched" in the embroidery machine program. This means that the contours and areas of your template are edited on the screen in detail. The quality of the punching process and the specialist knowledge behind the work are decisive for the quality of the embroidery.
For the embroidery on shirts or blouses, we only use selected, high-quality 2-head embroidery machines. The current technology can embroider logos with up to 12 colors in perfect quality. The embroidery machine cuts and sutures the threads at every color change. After completion of the motive, our specialists check the quality of the embroidery.
